After 35 years as a registered nurse, I made a big career leap to follow my passion for exercise. I began teaching Pilates 18 years ago and have never looked back—I truly love seeing the transformative power of movement in people's lives.

My approach is deeply inspired by Joseph Pilates' belief that we can use exercise to cultivate energy, health, and vitality. With every class, I aim to help you get stronger, move without fear, and build confidence that extends far beyond the studio. My certifications include a Diploma in Clinical Pilates, a Cert IV in Pilates, and a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance, with my most recent studies completed through the nationally accredited Breathe Education program.

For many years, my career in a local pharmacy gave me a deep understanding of the issues and conditions that affect people every day. It was after practicing Pilates myself and experiencing the incredible gains in strength and flexibility that I knew I had to make it my profession.

I threw myself into my studies, first completing my Cert IV with Breathe Education and most recently achieving my Diploma of Clinical Pilates. This truly is my dream job! What I love most is working with people and using all of our equipment to apply exercises that are perfectly tailored to you. It’s so exciting to work here at Move to Balance and watch clients get stronger and more flexible every day. I'm passionate about helping you see those same changes in your own body.

Mondays: 4:00 pm, 5:15 pm

Tuesdays: 6:45 am, 8:00 am, 9:00 am

Wednesdays: 4:00 pm

Thursdays: 8:00 am, 9:00 am

Fridays: 6:45 am*, 9:00 am, 3:00 pm

Saturdays: 8:00 am

Our Clinical Small Group Classes
